DUNN's, given names = Isaac, Edward, William, George, Thomas left IRE for US and CAN in 1700's. Walter W came from Dublin as a "draftee" into the 17th Light Dragoon (Brit regulars). The 17th was in the American Revolutionary War. He would have been born in about 1750. He was discharged in Nova Scotia and had a land grant in Shelburne NS in 1784.
Any info on where in Ireland etc that these folk might have come from would be appreciated.
