HOWELL, Ethelred. Born early 1600's. Possibly in Flintshire or Ayreshire? I am sure I have one or both spelled wrong. He came to the States as a young man. He lived first in Virgina and later moved with most of his large family to Wayne County North Carolina. He was married twice and died a very old man in his corn field. If my research is right, most of his line were Quakers. I have no information on his parents, or if they came over with him. Any information of any kind would be welcome. We have a huge family here and would love to know more about our Howell line. Thank you so very much!
