I am looking for any info on Alexander McNIVEN married Sarah Harrison 8/6/1819 Barony Lanark Scotland - Two known children : Sarah Harrison Mcniven born 10/1/1828 and William McNIVEN born c.1832 [my G. Grandfather] who enlisted in the Imperial army in 1850 and arrived in New Zealand via India in 1861 where he fought in the Maori wars. Any info on his Scotish family would be greatly appreciated. |
