I'm searching for a home for a very young girl child born in 1889 Sept.29 in or around Livepool that was in operation during 1889 to at least 1900. My mother Louise Duffin born illegitimate. Parents names are questionable but on her death records they listed her father as Frank Rodgers and her Mother as Mary Duffin. These people may have worked in a university, she as a domestic and he as a teacher. Lastly i believe she might have been placed in a home. I need Help Thanks
