I am looking for any possible links to my Great Grnadfather in Ireland. He was killed in Ypres in the First World war athe age of 24, his name was William O'Brien. He reside in North Shields Tyne & Wear at Elliot Cottages Queen Street to be precise. He was married to May Preston O'Brien, they had two daughters Dora May (my grandmother) and Margaret Rose. My grandmother told me before her death that he his family originated from Ireland, if anyone reads this from England (North East Iwould like to know of any links there too. Many thanks Denise
