I am seeking data on two Irish forebears. My great-grandfather Jesse Ward was born in 1811. He immigrated to the United States, via Liverpool, and married a German woman surnamed Finger; she had a brother named Andrew. He
had at least two sons, Henry and Andrew Jackson Ward. AJ
was my great grandfather. I don't know what part of Ireland he was from, but in Tennessee he was a Baptist.
My grandfather T. Ri(t)chie McLean may have been born in Canada but he married my half-Chippewa grandmother in Bis-
mark, N.D. He told me, as a tad, that his folks came from Belfast. If anyone has any leaads for me I would appreciate it.
