seeking records of my g'grandparents who were born in northern ireland.
arthur mccaig was born in donegore, county antrim march 20, 1840 to ?mccaig and annie
future wife, jane mcilwaine, was also born in county antrim in the year 1846.
both emigrated to new york city (separately?)where they married in 1865.
possible surnames connected to mccaig and mcilwaine:
lawson, boyd, mcfee, and ulmer based on children's middle names.
