Searching for information about the Arthur (Arters) family, which may have at one time lived in County Clair, Ireland. My Arthur (Arters) ancestors came to the United States about 1770, settling in the center of the state of Pennsylvania. Perhaps they were first in England, but may have then gone on to Ireland before migrating to the United States.
