Trying to find information on Robert McBride&Son James McBride who came to Quebec in 1840-1850 because of potatoe famine in Ireland.We think he might have beem once before but wife died in Ireland or on boat.He met lady by the name of Margaret Jane Purvis and soon married her.Lived in Norfolk county Ontario until deaths.What i would like to know is if anybody knows what boat or year they actually emmigrated to Canada.Robert was born in Londonderry 1807,James unknown,And Margaret was born in Antrim 1818.They are both burried in Glenmeyer cemetery in Norfolk,ONT.If anybody could help me i would deeply appreciate it.THANX
