I have found a Gibbons family on the 1881 census who could be mine, but cannot as yet be 100% sure. These are the details from census; Patrick Gibbons, Head occ Iron Ship Labourer age 33 born Ire Margaret, wife age 30 born Ire John, son age 12 born Ire Thomas, son age 11 born South Shields Eng Mary A age 8 born S/Shields Kate age 6 born S/shields Margaret age 4 born Sunderland Frances, age 2 born S/land Patrick age 1 born S/land Address 24 Deptford Tce Sunderland On Thomas's marriage cert he is aged 34, on his death cert he is 52,on church record of his death he is 59.these obviously cannot be correct. When Thomas and Julia died their 2 sons came back to Sunderland to live with an aunt Meg (Margaret)her marriage name was Laraman. Hope you can understand all of this, any info would be greatly appreciated,or any advice on how to learn more about these 2 families. Kind Regards Julie
