My gr-gr-gr grandfather, JOHN COLQUHOUN, was born in Donegal, Ireland in 1798. He married Fannie McBETH. Together with their children JAMES, NATHANIEL, JANE, JOHN, and THOMAS, they came to Canada in the 1840's. Possibly during the great Irish Potatoe Famine. They settled in Weir, Quebec, Canada. I am trying to get information from when they lived in Ireland. If anyone has ANY info, or knows where I can get info, PLEASE contact me. I am more than willing to share the info that I do have.
