Seaching for any connection to William Maher MACNEVAN (McNEVAN or McNEVIN or similar) -
my maternal grandfather, born in College Street, CARLOW approximately 1884, died DUBLIN 1951.
I believe his parents were WILLIAM MCNEVAN and (possibly ANASTASIA MAHER)
To my knowledge there were at least four other children:
PATRICK, ANN, MOIRA (known as Molly) AND THOMAS.
Family lore says that THOMAS emigrated to the USA.
My grandfather was actor and used the stage name of VAL VOUSDEN.
any information on the descendants of his siblings would be greatly appreciated.
