Looking for info on CHARLES JAMES DOWNEY who was born in Ballymena, Co. Atrim, Northern Ireland aprox 1888. Surname later changed to DOWNIE and he married MARGARET MCKERNAN from Glasgow, Scotland. Came to the US at NEW YORK in April 12, 1923 with three children Charles Jr., Mary, and Elizabeth.
