im just taking a chance to see whether anyone could possibly help me find some information on the potato famine in Ireland and the satir 'A Modest Proposal' by Johnathon Swift. Its for a piece of devised drama in my A-Levels i would so grateful if someone could point me in the right direction. i have a copy of the proposal but need some info on the politics of the historic period.
