Posting message here in desperation. Looking for my younger adopted brother who was born at Devonport Maternity Hospital, Devonport, Plymouth, England on 13th MAY 1961. His birth name was PETER BATEMAN and his birth mother's name was MARGARET. I do not know the family who adopted him so I don't know if his name was changed.
