Am looking for Sidney (Sydney) Rowe Junior, born in, I believe, 1918 in London, England to Rose Kathleen Blackwell. Sidney (Sydney) had epilepsy. Sidney (Sydney) Senior had a butcher shop or was a butcher. Mother left the father & son and emigrated to Canada, with her sister, Blanche, around 1921. The whereabouts of Sidney (Sydney) or his family would be greatly appreciated by me, his half-sister.
