looking for never before seen sister,she was born in nottingham,october,1969 the name she was given was VIVIAN, but this was changed to DAWN by her adoptive family,her birth mothers name at that time was IRIS BARNES, I have placed this for a friend who would be very gratefull for any information, thank you.
