I am trying to find relatives of the late Charles Goldsmith BISHOP, I have found his daughter (Shirley BISHOP) who is my Husband's sister. The only information I have is as follows: Charles Goldsmith BISHOP born: 1909 Ipswich,his mother was Louisa BISHOP. Louisa was unwed & unable to look after an infant child so Charles was sent to the Barnardos home & they sent him to Australia in 1921.Louisa was a servant in hotels, her last known was 1913-1916 at FLEXITOWE, it turned out that the proprietor was a german spy. Louisa had another son born 19th September 1916 at Paddington his name was John Arthur BISHOP at this time Louisa had a brother Henry BISHOP living at 13 Guernsey Rd, Magdalen Rd, Norwich. I would like to find my sister in-law's Uncles, Aunts or cousins, there must be someone related to this family so please contact me.
