I am searching for any information on my ancesters. Samuel Williams and Margaret O'Hare. The only information I have on either of them is that they had at least one daughter by the name of Katherine O'Hare. Margaret was born in Armagh, Ireland.
I am guessing that Samuel and Margaret may have been born somewhere between 1850's to 1870's but it is only guessing. Because the birth date of Katherine is questionable. A possible birth date for Katherine was May 10, 1883, but she was born in Hanibal, Missouri, USA.
This would mean that her parents immigrated to the United States prior to her birth day. The death certificate on Katherine is pretty sparse and gives little information. I realize this isn't much information, but if anyone has any suggestions on where I might look
for leads from Armagh, Ireland, I would appreciate the help. I believe both Samuel Williams and Margaret O'Hare were Catholics, so perhaps the church might have documentation of their marriage. Does anyone know who and where I would write to obtain records of
such things in Ireland? Thank you.
