DUFF - mY gggrandfather Alexander Duff emigrataed to Canada about 1820's (not sure of date)but he shows up on the 1831 census. he brought his wife Elizabeth Wright and a young son. I am looking for information on where he came from does anyone have info on this man or his wife. He may have come from scotland originally as I've been told that all Duffs are MacDuffs. Is this true?
