Two things: first this website does work! I may have found a relative of mine in America.... so everbody keep trying no matter how long it takes.
Second: (and I feel real stupid) but, a couple of years ago when in LLORET DE MAR (SPAIN) I met a lovely man the last night of my holiday. I was in a bar called MOBY DICKS with my friend Pauline. 2.30am when we were just about to go (flying back to London that day, needing an early night and all that) a guy called DUNCAN came over and started chatting to Pauline. Then a little while later, his friend came over - his name was GRAHAM.
We got on real well - we talked about everything under the sun then the next thing it was 5am and time to go. Duncan had disappeared by this stage so Graham walked Pauline and I back to our apartment - he bought me a rose outside our apartment block and I bought him one (much to his embarrassment as nobody had ever done that before)
He then invited himself in for coffee but I, being the stupid person I am, said no. This is something I have regretted ever since. I did try to get back to Lloret de Mar the following year hoping I would meet up with him again but never made it.
Every year there's a car rally in Lloret - CATALAYNA CAR RALLY? anyhow Graham was one of the mechanics (as was Duncan). He's Welsh, about 6ft, 30-ish slim with brown hair. Parents have a farm in Wales which his brother looks after. He also introduced me to a girl that worked in Mobys who came from the same town as him.
If anyone knows of his whereabouts I would love to hear from you....
