My emigrant ggrandfather,William EVANS was born in Merthyr Tydfil 15th Aug.1833.His father,also William EVANS,was a minister who married Catherine GRIFFITHS but I haven't been able to discover anything else about them.Write to me at 5 Muritai Rd,Ostend,Waiheke Island,Auckland 1240.Ph/fax 09 3727839.I have heaps more info.on N Z descendants.
