my great=grandfather was griffith williams, born april 16, 1858 died september 8, 1944 born in Llanelly, Carmarthenshire, Wales to George and Mary Williams. George was born about 1821, but I can't get any info back further.
Also, there was family correspondence until 1944 from cousins of my grandmother who lived in area.
