My Grandfather was evan davies born in Australia. his father was john davies supposed to be born in wales evan was always talking about his BLUE BLOOD it seems they had a family castle it has been seen by an uncle. but sadly all photos and paperwork was destroyed by Evan's second wife so we are having difficulities tracing them. To my knowledge John married isabella Calder in 1874. possible his second wife john's children were: isabella, john calder, david, evan, peter leslie. two eldest children not born in Australia.
any information on this family would be greatfully appreciated. thank you
