Hi i am looking for my half brother, his name is PAUL ELLIS and he was born on the 25th October 1964 in Chatsworth,s House in Prestatyn, North Wales.he was adopted at aprox 6-8 week,s old. He lived with a family, who used to run a newsagent / toy shop in the square at KINMEL BAY, RHYL NORTH WALES. not sure of their surname, Later they moved away out of the area.
