Myra Kathleen Tandy (born November 1913/1914)
The above lady is my Grandmother who passed away two years ago. Whilst going through some old photo's that were in her loft we found that we knew alot of my Grandfathers past, but nothing of Grandmothers - and she never spoke of her childhood. We found many early photo's of my Nan as a young girl/lady but no names to tell us who they were.
I am not wishing to find details of why she choose never to speak of her family - but just trying to establish any family links to her.
What information we have deemed :-
Myra was born is Evesham, Gloucester approximately 1913/1914.
We think she had three brothers (this is only guess work from photo's) There are links to Barry Island, South Wales and there are pictures of her with two boys at Christmas Common, Chiltern Hills. Also what look like family pictures just with the caption 'Kingston' 'Richmond Park' and pictures of a garden at '33 Dempster Road'.
She spent a time living in Cheltenham and eventually moved to London (late 1930's) where she met my Grandad Cyril Osborne.
They eventually moved down south (Swanage, Dorset) to bring up their family.
Any information would be gratefully received in order to peice together this jigsaw.
