LOOKING FOR JIM PHELPS, formally of Newport,Gwent. Served in the Royal Regiment of Wales, my D.O.B is 24/8/73. I was adopted by my grandparents in June 1974, birth mother is Wendy Annette Richards, I understand Jim had a wife and children and would like to hear from anyone who could help me trace him, no expectations, after years of wanting to do something about meeting, this is my first positive step, I understand if Family commitments would cause hassle but PLEASE put my mind at ease. I promise discretion, I don't want to cause arguments in a happy family, but Please, Please if you are out there or know him, please contact me. He was in the Army in the 70's, his wife at the time was Irish, he would probably be in his early 50's now. Thank you Tamsin Llewellyn nee Richards
