I am looking for my mother's birth mother/family. My mother was born Sheila White on 09/11/1947 in Cardiff. Her birth mpther's name was Mabel White. Sheila was adopted by David Eiros Hughes and Gwyneth Hughes and the court which made the adoption order was Merthyr Tydfil and the date it was made was 17/09/1999. I would be grateful for any information. Thank you.
