I am trying to trace my half sister josie loughlin,we used to live in Oxford street MAERDY rhonnda valleys south wales
Our fathers name was william and my mothers name was elizabeth.The last Iheard she was living somewhere in Cardiff.Ihave a brother brian and a sister Marion.Josie went to live with our fathers family in Cardiff i think.I .think about her and wonder how she went on and if she is still alive. the last time I saw her was when she went to a friends wedding (MARY).If any one can help please let me know.
