I am searching for all information I can find on the Alexander Torrie family of Skye (Sleat or Strath). Alexander was born in 1823--married first Maria Charlotte Seaton Campbell and later a Mary Cameron. He had these children: Hector; Alexander; Maria Margarita, Christina and Isabel. Most of the family died in about 1890 or so and the survivors travelled to Canada.
