I am searching for my maternal great great great grandmother. Her name was Hannah Bruce from Scotland/Northern Ireland who immigrated to the US and resided in Chicago, IL in 1883. I don't have the name of her husband, but her son's name is Samuel Steele McMeekin. He married, but I don't know the name of the person, and they had a daughter named Elizabeth McMeekin born 3/14/1862. She married William Bruce Smith on 11/6/1885 in Chicago, IL. They had a daughter named Lenore Frances Smith born 12/8/1883. Elizabeth passed away on 9/26/1944 in Huntington, West Virginia.
