I was born Frank Ronald Simms Jr. on July,6,1944. My mother's name was Bertha Mary McNeil of Chelsea Massachusetts, U.S.A.02150.
To the best of my knowledge, my father was Frank Ronald Simms Sr. who was killed in WWII. He was a part of the royal navy to the best of my knowledge. It was not long after my birth, so he never saw me before his death.
For whatever reason, my mother never went into any detail of thier marrage or of my father's death.
My beloved mother passed away in Jan. 1998. I know feel free to find out more about my father, without hurting my mom.
He is buried somewhere in England, and hopefully thier are some people that can help me with my search.
My mother was remarried when i was a baby, and that is why my last name is Toce.
i would love to hear from anyone who can help me in this search.
