I'm looking for my brother Paul, who was 6 weeks old when adopted. His birth name was Paul Arthur Carter and his adoptive parents kept the name Paul.
He was born 11-Jan-56 in Billinge Hostpital, near Wigan, Lancashire, England.
Paul was taken to live in Brentwood, Essex, England in 1956. His adoptive father may have been a councellor on Brentwood County Council.
