I am trying to locate any relatives of CECIL FREDERICK HINTON PRESTON born 23/4/1909 in LONDON, father CHARLES HENRY PRESTON, mother KATHERINE ELEANOR HINTON. Cecil was brought up in the ALL SAINTS BOYS ORPHANAGE in Lewisham London and came to AUSTRALIA under the Dreadnought Boys Scheme in 1926. He returned to Newcastle-upon-Tyne in 1938. Any information would be appreciated.
