Looking for family of Edward Sweeney, possibly born in 1844 in County Cork. Its been said his father had a large pub in Dublin. His father died before him. He married Julia Jaley Priscilla Roberts in 1868 in Bastrop, Texas and had a daughter my greatgrandmother Ida Mae Sweeney born in 1875 in Waco, Texas. He died in Los Angeles in November 1897. Thanks for any info. |

Hello, I am trying to find an old friend who came to Saugus, Massachusetts around 1987 and worked at the vogue restaurant and lounge. Her name is Polly and she had blonde hair. Unfortunately,we lost contact and I dont have her last name. She came from Foxrock, Ireland. I never forgot about her and I think about her often. We were teenagers when she was here. Any help finding her would be great. Thanks, Brady Howard |

I have grandparents from Chapel St. grandfather was William Wilson was an Irish billposter from Derry and grand mother Annie Mcgee Wilson and William Wilson were married in Feeny Ireland. They lived in Greenock Scotland and rented from the Drysdales on Chapel Street. My grandmother passed away 1922? during childbirth of my mother and the Drysdales John and Margaret adopted not legally? my mother Theresa Drysdale Harrower. We went to Feeny but no records in the church. Not sure if William Wilson stayed in Scotland or returned to Ireland but know he has a sister in Ireland who had several children of her own and couldnt take my mother in. Any knowledge of him or the McGhee family from Feeny? |
