| Looking for marriage details of a David J Davies, born abt 1848 in Wales (presum.)and married a Margaret, who seemingly already had a son William, born abt 1863 in Coychurch, Wales. Would also like info on his marriage to an Elizabeth A Harris/Harries.Many thanks. Will be glad to exchange info. |

JOHN WILLIAMS,BORN FLINTSHIRE. C 1824.
EVAN WILLIAMS,BORN FLINTSHIRE. C 1825.
THEY MIGRATED TO AUSTRALIA ABOARD THE "MARCO POLO"
MARCH 1855 FROM LIVERPOOL.
SHIPS RECORDS STATED THAT THEIR RELIGION WAS, "CHURCH OF ENGLAND", & THEY WERE AGED 28 & 27 AT TIME OF VOYAGE.
PARENTS BELIEVED TO BE JOHN WILLIAMS & ANN EVANS, MARRIED 1807, FLINTSHIRE.
JOHN WAS MY GREAT GRANDFATHER,WHO MARRIED ELIZABETH LIDDELL, (BORN IN PAISLEY ABBEY,SCOTLAND IN 1835) tHEY WERE MARRIED AT NORTHDOWN IN TASMANIA IN 1858.
SEEKING ANY INFORMATION, ON THE FAMILY.

Eli Stock born in Rowberrow Somerset,married Emma Dean in 1838.Moved to St George Bristol ,where he managed the Blacksworth Smelting Works.
In 1862,he managed and later owned the Penclawdd Copper and Lead Works in Gower Swansea.
His children were Clara, Edwin, Mary, and Louisa Helena.
Louisa married Reuben Martin Evans of Abercrave.
