looking for someone who could help me find out
info on my g grandparent david davies and elizabeth jones they lived at 2 high st ruabon
in 1881 both about the age of 24 then .I have copies of there death cert but this gives me no info on the birth dates .So I really stuck as
I cant go any futher with my family tree and find out just who there parents were . please please can someone help me thanks jo |

I am looking for a marriage date for a Mary Hopkin (born in Glamorgan Merthyr Tydvil about 1860) to John Griffiths (born in Glamorgan Penllyn about 1860) in Wales around 1877-1881. I am hoping to find the date so that I may obtain a marriage certificate in order to get the fathers names of these individuals. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Looking for information on Margaret/Maggie JENKINS(?), born approx. April 1845 in Wales, but I don't know where. Emmigrated to Pennsylvania, USA in approx.1863 at the approx. age of 18. Married a Jacob HESS in Pennsylvania in approx. 1866.
This is all the information I have.

| Davis: Margaret Llanfair P.G. N.Wales My grandmother, Margaret Davis was born in Wales about 1888. She lived in the town with the biggest name. Hopefully that is what is now called Llanfair. She left home and came to Canada when she was about 17 after having a fight with her mother. She never returned,and never communicated with her family again. In trying to trace her roots,I find this to be near impossible. I beleive she had a couple of sisters, but know little else. Any info appreciated. |

| I am searching for information on a Thomas G. Morgan who was born in Colombo, Ceylon(now Sri Lanka) in 1833 to Adolphus amd Caroline Mary Morgan. Thomas emigrated to Canada and married in Napanee, Ontario, a Minerva Salons, the daughter of Alexander and Lucy Salons. The daughter of Thomas and Minerva, Eliza Clara Morgan married a Frederick Baldwin of Colchester, Ontario in 1902 at Christ Church in Colchester. Any thing would be appreciated. Thomas had other children by the names of Cassie, Adolphus Jr., Albert G. Thank you. |

| I am hunting for the Evan Jones [b. 1800] family who were from Wales, but spent also a portion of their lives in Shrewsbury, Shropshire, England where he was a shoemaker on Bellstone in Shrewsbury . Evan's wife was Jane Roberts[b. 1810].They had five children:Elizabeth [ millener], Evan, Jane, John, & Mary Ann Jones. Jane may have married Thomas Myddfai Jones who was a schoolmaster in Bargoed, Wales. Mary Ann emmigrated to Canada . |

Anybody researching ancestors who lived on Bardsey Island / Ynys Enlli, the tiny island 1.5 miles by 0.5 miles off the most western tip of North Wales? It is still populated by about a dozen people and little has changed over the last hundred years - the telephone only arrived three years ago, there is still no electricity and running water only arrived at the last house a couple of years ago!
I have been researching the folk who lived there and have details of some 250 plus people that lived there in the late 1700's up to early 1900's.
I have a note that a David Richard was going to America early in 1831 - anyone trying to trace him?
Interested to hear from anyone else researching same.

I am trying to find out any information on Griffith D. Williams of Dyffryn. Father of John P. Williams who came to the USA in the 1920's. They were Supposedly a very well known family up there involved with I think Ffestioneg railway, Harlech and Porthmadog.
Does anyone have any info to share ? My grandmothers mother was Ellen Williams and before that she was the daughter of the well known Solomon Owen of Boston Lodge.
