Will someone please tell me of a good site to find history and information about Carmarthen College?--in paricular in the 1830-1860's.
My 2x great grandfather attended this College prior to 1852. He was born on Scotland 1830.

Can anyone help with info on my bennett/roberts/ramsden ancestors in flintshire/neston and chester please. ???
I have a william bennett marrying martha ramsden in 1910 in bistre. His father was called william also. I think i have found william senior marrying a mary roberts in chester in 1883-the year william junior was born . They lived in hope near mold at the time of williams birth. I am not certain this william is the definate father-but cannot find trace of any other candidate as yet. William junior was a collier and spent time working at dinnington colliery at the time of his marriage in 1910-which is in yorkshire near doncaster i think.
any help with this problemn would be welcome.

Eliza maude Mary Ellison (nee Semmens)and John Ellison. Lived in the area of Tranmere around early 1900s.John Ellison died in 1901.
Would love to hear from family which we never knew we had.

I am looking for any information on my Father Stanley's mother LE PERLA THOMAS. She died in Southampton at the age of 44 in 1936. Her husband was William Thomas who died in 1935, at 47 yrs of age.
I am told William's father played Rugby for Wales somewhere near Neath. Thanks for any help. |

Thomas Thomas and Anne Thomas, both born and lived in Llanelly, Carmarthenshire, Wales. He was born in 1840, June Quarter. She was born about 1841.
Trying to find her maiden name.

| Can anybody help very new to this. Trying to find Charles griffiths Roberts, also his sibling and parents. Born North Ruthin, Wales approx 1840, I have discrepancies in information so far received. Died Jan 1920 in Sydney Australia, married June1871 to Annie Maria Wilson at O'Connell Australia. Can not find when he came to Australia, although we think he landed in Queensland Aust before going to New South Wales Aust. Any information would be truly appreciated. |
