I am looking for information on the following family.
Charles Brown, born approx 1900, Abersychan. Father James Brown. Charles was a coal miner. He married Annie Murphy 21 Feb. 1922. Annie and Charles had 13 children: Anne, Bernard, Charles (died age 3) Dennis, Eileen, Margaret, Peter, Fred, Jack, Doreen (my mother), Ken, Joan, Kathleen, Maureen. Any contact with this family would be greatly appreciated. |

| I am looking for Arthur EVANS and Ann (Mary Ann?)(born c.1857) WILKINSON who lived in Blaenavon, Wales. Arthur later died apparently; Ann came to Australia and remarried in c.1873(she is shown as widow remarrying in South Australia at age 26 yrs.). Ann's parents were John Wilkinson (colliery manager and later owned Commercial Inn at Trevethin) and Margaret nee JONES. Siblings of Ann were John, Richard, Catherine, Elizabeth, Margaret, Sarah. (I am directly descended from Margaret.)Any info. much appreciated. Ruth MacLEOD. |
