Hi, I'm looking for my adopted daughter MARIA JANE NEWSON born 16th May 1964 in Ilford, Essex. I know she was adopted by a Welsh couple who lived on a farm. I would very much like to contact her or at least to know that she is ok and inform her that she has a natural sister who lives in Norfolk.If any one knows of any information it would be greatly appreciated.

I was born David Justin Dacey on Jan 6th 1965 and I am trying to trace my birth mother Sheila Katherine Dacey (maiden name) born in October 1943. Her family was from Swansea and she had 3 younger brothers. She gave me up because of social attitudes at that time and so I do not know if she told any family about me.
Unusually, I also have some details about my birth father. He was from Rumney, Cardiff and his name was Terence George Toozer of 8 Claremont Crescent. He was about 21.
I would be grateful for any information.

Wow I'm really excited now! I've picked up some great tips from your site, please keep up the good work. I am looking for my birth grandmother called Mair(Mary) Hannah Evans. She will be around 79yrs and her father was a vicar. She was sent to live with her auntie in Middlesbrough at 46 Rockcliffe Street while she had my mum.Josephine Evans was born 18th October 1939 and adopted by Florrie Murphy on 5th December 1939. I would like anyone who knows about this to get in touch PLEASE!

I was born Mark Goodall 23/2/1961 in Radnoshire West wales. My birth mothers name was then Enid joyce Goodall. I do not know if she married. I have no details about my bio father. I am seeking Enid Joyce Goodall or any near relative. I would be pleased to hear from anyone with any form of information that could locate her.

born in st james hospital 18/4/71 tredegar.
would like to get some of my questions answered.
i have had a good life with loving adopted parents. i am married with 2 children of my own, my eldest, a daughter was born on the same day as me!

I am trying to trace my natural mother who abandoned me in 1969 in Cardiff.
According to the birth certificate given to me by the then South Glamorgan local authority, I was born on March 21st 1969 at St Davids hospital, Cardiff and named Nicolas Morgan Ali. however, according to the Social Services I was in fact registered a few days later as Anthony Martin Ali.
The name of my mother on the birth certificate is Jesse Joyce Ali, born in London, England.
The story I have been told is that my mother and father named as Mojhid Ali, a cafe proprieter from the Butetown area of the City of Cardiff split up before I was born. My mother apparently left me in the care of an elderley gentleman in the first week of my life and never returned, and I was subsequently handed in to the Police and then Social services care at around a week old.
I was put into the care of 4 different families in my first year before being subsequently fostered at a year old by what I know as my family today.
At 18 years of age I officially changed my name by deed poll to Anthony Martin Parry (known as Tony Parry) and I now live in Swansea.
I would like to fill in the missing parts of my life and learn if I have any natural brothers or sisters as I am and have for some years been estranged from my foster family.
I have never been happy with the lack of knowledge the Old Social Services Department seemed to have about my first year of life and the contradictions in the story they told me about my natural parents and it seems only fair to learn the truth about my real family and the circumstances of my start in life.
It is not that I want to intrude on my natural parents life now, but I do want to know who I really am and what the circumstances of my abandonment were no matter how painful or horrible they might be.
I have my own family now, a beautiful wife,and 3 great kids, and I did not turn out to be a mass murderer or arch criminal, so I am not looking for someone to blame for any failures in my life. I just want to know the truth.
I would be grateful for any information, advice or help anyone would be willing to give.

The name I was given by my adoptive parents was mair parry williams. I was brought up on Anglesey, North Wales. My date of birth is 10/09/73 and I was born in Mold. I am very intereseted to find my natural parents or any other family I may have. I am now married and have a child of my own, but still think about what other natural family I have somewhere else out there. Please if you have any information - get in touch.
