| I am trying to find details of the birth and death of my grandmother Agnes Snedden. She was born about 1889 in Queensland, Australia. Her parents David and Janet Snedden had travelled there from Falkirk, Scotland and the whole family returned to Falkirk in about 1893. She died in Dores, Scotland in about 1967. |

| I am searching for any information on A Robert Duncan who married a Sarah Hannah Dean of stockton, Durham England in 1910. sarah's mother was Emma ( Stamper ) Dean & her father William Dean ( watchmaker ) from Thirsk. Sarah is my Maternal Great Aunt. |

| I am very interested in finding my great-grandmother's family.She was Euphemia Macdiarmid who was born in North Uist in 1831 and married Roderick Johnson in 1855.He was born in North Uist 1826.They lived in North Uist for years and had Effie,Marion, Effie, and Marion plus Angus Alick Johnson while living there. |

| Seeking info on JOHN ROSS who came to America ca 1774, supposed to have been on ship 'Bachelor' of Lerth, a widower with 6 sons between ages of 20 years to 4 years old. Their names were ELIJAH ROSS, FRANCIS ROSS, JOHN ROSS, MARTIN ROSS, WILLIAM ROSS and BENJAMIN ROSS. I have been told that he lived in Kabel in the Parish of Farr and in the County of Sutherland. STEWART / BARRIE / MILLER / SNEDDON
I'm trying to find out more about my great grand parents. The information i have is very limited!
John Stewart, master Marina, held rank of Lieutenant and received DSO medal, died in April 1935. Married to Mary Stirling BARRIE.
Alexander MILLER, coal miner, died before 1934 and married to Annie Sneddon.
Both grand parents were born in Kirkintilloch, Glasgow so assume their families came from this area too... |

| Trying to trace descendants of Elizabeth Laidlaw or Laidlow, born in the Lockerbie area of Scotland around 1837. Migrated with her stepfather and mother, and her siblings to Tasmania in 1855. Disappeared into thin air. |

| Looking for descendants of Robert PATTERSON and his sister Janet/Jessie PATTERSON Boyle (wife of Joseph), whose last known adddress in DUNDEE, Scotland, in 1979 was 2 Loganlee Terrace. Their father, William PATTERSON (1884-1977), with their mother Catherine (1890-1969), and other brother, Alexander C PATTERSON, settled in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada in first half of 1900s. Robert and Janet made their home in Scotland. |
