We have been told they came from " Hensingham" ? Cumberland. James married Magdalena Gerber from George S.A in 1913.Died ?1915, two sons Tom Neale& James. |

Looking for information on Barbara Stout b.30 Apr. 1833 Fair Isle Scotland. Married Samuel Irvine b. 3 Aug 1837 Married 15 July 1858
Emigrated to Canada possibly in 1862.
Can not find any information of her in Canada
Have found information on Samuel Irvine in Canada but his wife is shown as Mary Irvine. Could Mary and Barbara be the same person?

I am looking for a Mary Fairful (Christie) who had a son James Christie he was born abt 1833 at Cupar Fife Scotland. I cant find any records of Mary Fairful marrying a Christie. James Christie was my GG Grandfather immigrated to Victoria Australia aboard the Marco Polo arriving 1852 at Port Philip.

| I am searching for any information on James Wallace of Galston, Scotland Born 18 of September 1788. He married Jean Lindsay and they had a son; James Wallace Born 1 Sep 1814. I hope to learn more of both the wallace and lindsay line. I believe that James' father is Hugh Wallace and mother is Mary Reid. PLEASE HELP ME!! |

Looking for info on a Alexander Smart born Brechin , Scotland in Oct. 1805. Family lore has him as coming from "Hunt Hill Farm" at Brechin.
He came to Canada befor 1825 and located in Lanark County, Ontario for a time.

We are trying to trace whereabouts of William Alexander FERGUSON born 3rd July 1885 in Rutherglen Road, GLASGOW. He married Margaret MCAULAY 31st December 1903 at the Conservative Rooms, David Street GLASGOW. They had 6 children William, James, Alexander, Catherine, Margaret and Janet (Nettie). We have no trace of him after 1911.
