Hi
I am wondering if anyone out there can help me, I am looking to trace my family tree,
My father was Robert Douglas, Born on the 31st July 1906 in Holytown Lanarkshire. Born into a travelling family
His parents were Walter & Annie Douglas
He had 4 brothers and a sister.
David(the eldest)George, Tony, Charlie and sister Ruth
If anyone has any inofrmation I would be most grateful.

| I am looking for any information on Robert McGregor, born 1843 (date calculated from marriage certificate), parents noted on marriage certificate as Robert McGregor and Janet Dunbar. He married Mary Mirk (1846-1910), and had 7 children: Mary Ann, Janet or Jessie, Robert, Agnes (Nancy), Elizabeth, Margaret and James. He was said to be the main Glasgow-Kilsyth carrier in the late 19th century. He might have had a sister, Hannah. I have been unable to trace a birth certificate or a death certificate for him. In the 1880s the whole family began to spell their name MacGregor, as noted in the censuses. Any help in tracing his details would be greatly appreciated! |

i am looking for descendants of william brown,shipwright born 1810? possibly married to a christina, son of alexander brown and margret bannerman of parkhill montrose scotland.he emigrated to queensland australia
Also his sister jane paet brown who married a james tindalland emigrated to omaha us. |

Glennie.
Looking for info on James Glennie (b: 20/12/1829in Aberdeen) & his wife Mary (Drummond) (b:16/7/1825 in Inverrary). They were married in Larch grove, Shettleston on 22/12/1855.
Some time later they went to live in Manchester, where they had a number of children ( James Alexander, Catherine, Frances).
James's father was James Glennie , his mother Catherine Falconer. Mary's father was David Drummond and her mother, Janet Cameron.

Mary DARRACH married John PECK UK or Canada, daughter Ann Peck born about 1825 to 1835 marries in Prince Edward Island, Canada 1863.

| Looking for any info re: Mary Henderson b abt 1788/89 unk loc m James Lowry b abt 1790 unk loc. They emmigrated to Ireland and from there to Pittsburgh, Allegheny, Pennsylvania. I have hit a brick wall. |
