| I am searching for my daughter. Her birth name was holly cairns. Born 15th December 1998 creswell maternity hospital. She was 16 last December. I have no clue of her adopted name although I presume she is still holly as she wasnt adopted till she was almost 2. If anyone who nos of her sees this or even you do holly. Im looking on behalf of my husband, who was born in Raigmore hospital, Inverness on 8th June 1968
I believe his mum would have only been about 20 when she had him.

Birth mother is EVELYN CUTHBERT
Address given as 12 carlton road, acton,ealing ( perhaps a mother &baby unit back then)

Her mother mentioned something about a catholic organisation and thinks they may have been involved in the adoption
these are details on her brothers original birth certificate.

I am trying to find out information on my birth father as a starting point. My late mother Pearl Glennie divorced him and brought me to Canada at age 9 never to see him again. (Court case in The Herald Jan 21 1970 giving my mother the right to leave Scotland) I was told by my mother in approx 1987 he had passed away and that they had a baby girl after me who was placed in adoption. I was also told he remarried and had a son. I also believe he was married before my mother and had 3 children but not sure. Any info would be appreciated. |
