| I am searching for my natural mother, Catherine Carlin Ritchie. My birth name is Caren Michelle Ritchie and my date of birth is April 29, 1964. The only information I have, which was obtained from adoption paperwork, is that she was born in Scotland and immigrated to London, Ontario, Canada approximately 1955. She attempted to keep me, but things did not work out for her, and she stated to the Courts that she intended to return to Scotland. Given the distance, and disadvantage as such, would invite any assistance possible. |

I am trying to trace WILLIAM COOPER born 14/07/1943
William is a twin his twins name is Janet.
We believed all these years he had died as a infant but only found out last year that he was adopted
im also looking for his Sister Mary cooper she has a middle name but i cant remember what it was. She was about 2yrs older than my Mum Janet and Twin William. I know the adoption took place in Edinburgh Please if anyone know of these two sibblings get in touch Mary would be about 71yrs and William will be 79 in July I am there niece Lorraine |

Kay Beighton was looking for information re: half brother in 2009.
Just requested my birth record and birth mothers name was Florrie Christina Pottie and I was born on 7th Oct.

Do you remember Helen Chalmers born in Edinburgh 23 January 1950?
Helen left in 1958 to Adelaide with her parents who finally settled in Christchurch NZ, Douglas Morris Chalmers born 21 Aug 1920 (died 1989 in Christchurch NZ), who worked for Maitland Radio (electrical trade) Gayfield Place. Margaret Fraser Chalmers (nee Ross) born 6 Sept 1920 (died in Christchurch, NZ Jan 2008)
Last known Edinburgh address, 20 Gilmerton Dykes Place although were from the Ardmillan Terr area.
An old friend of Helen's from Australia would dearly love to get back in touch. Any information on any of the family members would be much appreciated.
