NO REGRETS
Awarding winning documentary filmmakers Quality Time Television are looking for people who are seeking to resolve a regret from their past to take part in a Channel 4 series.
This regret could relate to any area of your life but must be something that has had a big impact on you, leaving you with the urge to change things.
It could mean contacting a lost relative with whom you need to resolve issues. It could be finding the child that you missed growing up. You may be entering into a completely new venture as result of a past regret. Perhaps you are terminally ill and wish to finally face the thing that you have feared the most. The possibilities are endless.
If you have such a story to tell or a regret to resolve we would love to hear from you.
Please contact: Rebecca or Lucy

Looking for my aunt and cousin, Elizabeth Willox (both) having resided at 9 Ravenstone Drive, Giffnock, Glasgow. My uncle's name was William Willox, a seaman, who died in New Zealand in 1980.
Aunt Betty travelled to NZ for the funeral, and I visited her and my cousin when visiting Scotland in 1987, but unfortunately lost contact.
Also, any relatives/friends of the late Robert (NZ), Vincent(USA) and Isobel Willox(Coatbridge), who, with William, were the four children of William Willox and Sarah Andre Mills, of 108 Coates Street, Coatbridge, Glasgow.
My sister Jeannette is to visit Scotland in August, tracing her roots, and would like to make contact with any family or friends.
Lastly, if anyone has details on which cemetary William and Sarah Willox are buried in (close to Coatbridge), I would be very grateful
Thanks and have a nice day |

Am looking for ancestors - James DRUMMOND born in 1810 or 1811 in Edinburgh, Scotland. He married an Irish girl, Margaret GARVEY born 1813 (Ireland). She had a brother named James. Both were disinherited from their families and moved to Canada, then on to Wisconsin. Some of their children's names were: Hugh, James, John Patrick, Bridget, Margaret, Catherine Eugenia. I have information on their decendents, but have no information on their parents or brothers and sisters. Any help would be appreciated! |

Thomas Maxwell a mariner/trader was thought to have been from Aberdeen around the 1800s. he possibly married a woman called Sarah before setting out for Australia and New Zealand. He may have sailed out on the whaling barque "Harriet"
He arrived in NZ before 1830. He named his sons John, James, Robert, George, Patrick and Andrew possibly in memory of family left behind
We would be interested in any information which could help us establish his place of origin or clan connections. |
