Trying to find relatives of Janet (Nettie) Houston (b.1913 in Glasgow) and Charles Edward Noble (b. around 1900 in England - possibly Durham). They married in 1939 in Glasgow and, I believe, had two children - Margot (b. 1940 or 41) and Michael (b. 1941 or 42). Margot and Michael attended Hyndland Secondary School in the 1950s.
Margot married Graham Hendry White (from Glasgow), I think around 1963. I believe they have 3 children. Michael, I believe, lives in Australia, and has done for over 40 years. Thank you. |

I wonder if anyone could help please? My enquiry is related to WW2 before during and after .
I am trying to find out about a: Lieutenent G. Arviset who was based in Ayre Scotland during the war he was certainly there around 1945/6 according to documented history.
He was thought to be in the free French naval unit. I know there is a lot of info on line about these sailors in Scotland, however I cannot find 'anything' abt this particular individual
unfortunately I only have his name and rank.
'any' assistance would be gratefully appreciated
