| I am trying to trace the descendants of Robert and Minnie Hunter. Minnie was my grandfather's sister and her maiden name was McPeak. She came from Portstewart and moved to Glasgow after her marriage. Her address in 1925 was Tory Glenn Street, Glasgow. She had one son who was also called Robert. I am in the process of tracing my family tree and would appreciate any help regarding family of Robert and Minnie as it would be another piece of my family jigsaw fitting into place!! |

Yvonne Mitchell
I am trying to find an old friend Yvonne Mitchell who came from Tullichewan, Balloch. She will be 44 yrs old and may well have changed her name through marriage etc.
Her parents names were May and Billy Mitchell and they lived at McColl Avenue. I think they both worked at Poloroid, Alexandria and Billy has since died I believe.
Yvonne had two sisters Elaine and Janice. Elaine I think works with Safeway, Dumbarton and Janice used to work in a solicitors office.
Yvonne married and had two daughters Louise and Claire (born Stevenson) they will be 21 and 18 now. Yvonne divorced and found a new partner with whom she had a daughter Lisa who will be about 14/15 now. She may have gone on to have more children.
Yvonne's close friend was Irene Livingstone who worked at the BBC and later went to Australia. I believe she has returned to Scotland and I would love to hear from her too.
If anyone knows Yvonne or any of the people mentioned read this, please get in touch urgently.

I am trying to trace James Matheson ,for a friend of mine in America,JAMES IS 59/60 years old .
We know he worked for Caledonia Macbrayne in Scotland.
His dad was Mr Collins from linthouse in the Govan area ,i would be grateful of anyone who knows James to get in touch with me please as my friend would love to talk with him.

| I am looking for my half brother and sister Dylan and Zoe. Their surname was Soutar but I don't know what it is now. The last area known for them was Barnton in Edinburgh but this was at least 10 years ago. If anyone knows of their whereabouts I would be grateful if they could get in touch by E mail. Dylan and Zoe should be in their 20's by now. |

| Can anyone please help me? I am looking for my young Brother, Anthony Ward 30 yrs of age. Approx 6' tall and last seen had reddish hair and freckles. He was last heard of in the London area 1993/4 and then possibly went to Birmingham after that. He may also have friends in the Edinburgh area that he visits. We are desperate to hear from him or even hear that he is ok. Thaanks! |
