| Looking for info on my Uncle John Leslie Mahon/Machon. Born 7/5/1919 In the Dandy Row,Clyde,Tollcross,Glasgow.Married Mary Coyne in Hebburn,Gateshead in 1945.They had 2 sons Hugh & Thomas.They split up & John went to live @ 36,Bower St.,Stepney,London.Would appreciate someone giving me info. on him.Thankyou. |

| Am looking for any surviving descendants of a George Copland (born 1836 in Aberdeenshire). I have a document, dated 1877, relating to the award of a medal for army service during the Indian Mutiny. Would like to pass this on to genuine descendant of the family (proof of relationship required) Any interested party please get in touch. |

| I worked in Betty Burkes Wine Bar, Bon-Accord Street between '88-'89(full time) I'm looking for a guy that used to come in then with his then (miserable) girl friend and now maybe (miserable) wife. I remember her pouring a glass of beer over his head. Also his friends came in one Saturday saying that he talked of no-one else but me, we were both embarrassed. But we were both with other people then. I don't know his name, but he has always been in my thoughts.He had very dark hair, between 5"8-6", good looking,(I know it's not much to go on) Would just like to know where he is etc as he has always been in my thoughts.(someone worked with him!) |

Hello, I am looking for Jayne + Ruth,I met them on holiday in Orlando,Florida back in July 2006.
I met them on a coach to St.Petersburge i stayed at the same hotel as them called Tradewinds Grand Resort Hotel for 1 week.
I talked to them on the coach on the way to St.Petersburge and they were really nice people.
Jayne and Ruth are from Glasgow,Scotland.
Jayne works as a mathamatics teacher.

I mostly had Moderate Learning difficulties most of my life, in 2007 i was diagnosed with Severe learning difficulties,2009 diagnosed with mild/bourderline learning difficulties)
I used to attend Red Lodge School (Secondary School people with special Needs)
I used to attend Southampton City College,
I used to have an Boyfriend (Ashley Davide Randall who i met from college but now is my ex- boyfriend)
I used to live my Adoptive mum (Cilla)
I have 1 brother (Mark)
I now live in a Transition Care home (Brooke House runned by Creagmoor Homes in area of Freemantle)

| I am trying to make contact with a friend that I knew in Guernsey Channel isles in 1963-64, his name is Alan Dennis/Denis? and he was in the Guernsey Police force for some years. Ours was a teenage friendship and one I remember as being special in our youth. I understand he married whilst in Guernsey and might have left the island to go to Scotland though I don't know where exactly. If anyone knows a man of this name who would now be around 63-65 yrs of age who was in the Guernsey Police Force in the mid 60's I would be glad to hear from you. Rose. |

| I am currently searching for my father Charles Gaffney last know whereabouts is in Edinburgh. He should be in his sixties. He worked up in Fort William from 1966 until 1973. All other avenues have failed. Please if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated. I've never met him and even if i don't it would be nice to see what he looks like. A family has been torn apart partly because of this. |
