I am looking for relatives of my Mother and Grandfather and Grandmother who came to australia in 1929. My Mother's name was Alexia Storrabrand Middleton born 25 July 1923. My Grandfather was George Macdonald Middleton born 1895 in Parish of Errol to thomas Middleton and Margaret McDonald. My Grandmother was Agnes Downie Ritchie born 26 September 1896 in Artillery Lane Dundee Father David Elder Ritchie and Barbara Downie. I would say that most of my grandparents siblings would have died by now. I would like to try and find out dates of death of my great grandparents. On a trip to Scotland a few years ago we travelled to Dundee and tried to find some of the places shown on grandparents certificates but it was late in the afternoon when we arrived and we didn't have much time there. Hopefully one day I will return and be able to delve further into my history. We found the church where my grandmother was christened by could not find the church they were married in Charles Street Congregational Church Dundee. Could someone please let me know if this Church still exists and if so where I coud obtain a photo. If it doesn't exist now is there somewhere I could obtain a photo. My Grandparents lived in 68 Hill Street, Dundee. We found the street but on the spot were new buildings, are the homes on the opposite side of the street similar to what would have been there. Sorry to have rambled on but I'm just starting out. |

I think of you always, since the last time we saw each other in Equary Gardens, South Africa.
I would love to find you, it would mean so much to me.
I think you lived in Glasgow, but I lost the envelope from your chrismas card, which had your adress on it. |
